The Waggoners Trucking believes that investing time and money in the training of its employees ultimately results in increased customer satisfaction.

The Waggoners Trucking has developed one of the most specialized, hands-on training programs available for new drivers to learn how to safely load, transport, and delivery automobiles.

Driver Training Centers
With Driver Training and Orientation Centers located across the nation, the Waggoners Trucking provides hands-on and classroom training delivered by experienced instructors.

Curriculum Summary
Basic driver training includes: general automobile transportation principles, equipment functionality, vehicle inspection techniques, quality assurance and ISO 9002 orientation, general and customer specific loading, tie down, transport, and delivery procedures, documentation procedures, and safety and loss prevention.

Upon completion of basic driver training, new drivers receive on-site, hands-on training from our Load Supervisors and Trainers on customer specific requirements. New drivers are then matched up with an experienced driver to coach them in loading, transport, and delivery procedures.

New drivers must also complete a certification process on the specific loading, tie down, and transportation procedures for each new vehicle manufacturer. Only after new drivers demonstrate full competence are they allowed to transport automobiles on their own.
