Maintenance Positions

The Waggoners Trucking boasts one of the most experienced and technologically advanced fleet maintenance departments in the transportation business. Our diesel mechanics are responsible for maintaining a diverse fleet of over 600 tractors and trailers across the country.

Mechanics fall within one of three grades: "A" Mechanics, "B" Mechanics, and "C" Mechanics; each grade requiring different levels of skills and experience. Our internal training programs allow "C" Mechanics to progress in ability, experience, and pay to "B" and "A" Mechanics.
